A 1.5% popular-vote plurality (<50%). A 128K-vote swing in 3 states and Harris is POTUS. One of the narrowest wins in decades. Won the battleground states but nearly all—sans Arizona—by a hair, and the Democrats took battleground-state Senate seats to keep the Senate close. The House is even closer.
