i guess i should introduce myself proper. hi, i'm frances (or katie whichever one you know me by first), and i do a lot of character illustration!! most of the art you'll see here is of my own ocs, but i draw a lot of fanart too. i work fulltime but i'll post here more since the site's grown. :) !!!

oh god I talk about this all the time, only looking at the medium you work in is the worst thing you can do as an artist. and ESPECIALLY only looking at kid's stuff
Not to be a bitch but the thing that people are missing in discussions in how children’s media doesn’t have help kids have curiosity abt art anymore is that like at least 80% of the young animators I have met don’t read and only watch entertainment for children

reminder since i still see some people struggling with gifs here - you gotta hit the video upload button and select a gif file to upload it, uploading it with the image button just creates a still image.
it's a little confusing and hopefully they'll optimize it better, but it works
