D&D today took part largely in a library. This is a massive, magical library. As a PC was studying, a large, dragon like creature walked by, snaking its way through the stacks. The PC asked the librarian about it, and he said, "That's a bookwyrm!"
The player let out a huge sigh and said, "Okay."

I think this bag is fake.

Hermes's flagship products are handsewn using a saddle stitch. A worker marks the leather using an awl and then threads two needles through from both sides.

This results in a tight stitch with no holes between the stitches. The holes here suggest the bag was machine sewn.

I have had exactly one game installed on every PC I have owned since 2013. It is the only game I have ever had installed all that time. I have never uninstalled it even temporarily. It may be a more compelling review of EU5 to say, as of now: I am done. Rest well old friend. Long live the new king.

🗣️"No, because then he would strike at the heart of NATO and we would raze Moscow to the ground," he replied.

It was such an honour to give the address and propose the toast to the immortal memory of Viscount Nelson on Trafalgar Day.

I talked about the greatest lesson from Nelson - technology is important, but it's people who win wars.

There's an amusing moment in the 1780s where the Admiralty send a couple of likely-looking captains to the West Indies to mess with American trade.

Unfortunately the West Indies kind of relied on American trade, the two captains were Nelson and Collingwood, and things went horribly right...
Spare some love today for Collingwood. The other Admiral at Trafalgar.

Proud northerner. Hater of flogging. Legit brilliant commander and Nelson's trusted right hand. First into battle on Royal Sovereign. Took charge after Nelson was sniped and saved the British Fleet.

Here's HIS Trafalgar... /1 🧵
