Almost done with one of 2 detailed painting commissions. I think i will be taking a break from these till I learn a bit more with personal paintings/speed up my process a little.
They are so challenging for me, and i just realised I've only really done like....a dozen ever!

I like to remind people when I can of the incredible artist of "Poco critters" Caileigh Goodrich. Who I discovered around 2009. & I personally see as one of the OG creators of poseable/mohair animal art dolls of today! who's work is hard to find records of these days online.

This little shit decided to give me heart palpitations for 2 days.
Flew from the aviary (has never homed before) & got lost and didn't return over night. Then spent all day today jumping from roof to roof not knowing how to fly back down...

Kira is finally 100% back to her normal (driving me insane with her energy <3) self. The antibiotics seem to have really dealt with the swelling! Vet said we just now need to wait to see if there's a relapse. If there is, its most probably a unseen tooth issue and she will need more tests.

Speed paint done a few years back on my switch using colors live!
My pen broke after completing this, and I've been having a lot of issues getting a replacement pen and nibs...but hopefully I can use this again soon, I miss it! ;_;
