Williamson County EMS wants to buy a water rescue boat costing over $20,000—they currently rely on borrowing such boats from other departments.

The Texas House met for less than 9 seconds Saturday morning.

Why? The House couldn't meet quorum-the minimum number of members required to present to get work done. This comes after the House not meeting quorum on Friday after Texas Rep. Brian Harrison called for verification.

Austin Water is investing $1 Billion in one of its Walnut Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Currently, WWTP can filter 75 million gallons per day, but due to population growth, that’s not enough.

NEW: Crux announced the lawsuit brought against them by the landlord has officially been dismissed.

In a statement Crux said "we are pleased to announce that we will be taking our climbing walls with us. Our lease has ended, and we are in the process of moving out."
