#disabled I can't access the NHS wheelchair service - wait is years.

We had a week in the Black Forrest Germany
The good bits - the Konus card is a free travel pass throughout Schwarzwald
Was brilliant, trans, regional trains & buses were all wheelchair accessible - we didn't need the car
The bad bits my trust wheelchair gave up the ghost on the first day 😭

I don't post very often, I was way more active on that other hell site.
I plan to get active again, mostly about #disability #travel #communityactivism and other random topics like sewing, gardening & life living with energy & pain impairments.

Almost ready for our holiday, wheelchair charged, bags almost packed & I'm hoping German trains are super accessible, cobbles are not too cobbly & the world's biggest cuckoo clock is well big
