Must follow account. Flippers up!
It’s 9am TFT time here, and citizens are already gathering to protest Tariffs by the United States. Our plain clothes Officer Penguins are attempting to maintain calm, but unfortunately we keep losing them in the crowd.

My daughter told me about her experiences of border control at Canada v USA when on a road trip from New York to Toronto in 2018. Canadians whilst being thorough were friendly and considerate. USA were aggressive, rude and made them feel like criminals, all the while with their hands on their guns.

Please retweet if you want our Freedom of Movement restored.

We were robbed of our right to live, work, study, and love in 30 countries by the worst abuses of democracy in modern British history.

Scary stuff. Our democracy and way of life has never been more under threat, not surprisingly from those who shout loudly about going back to 'traditional British values'. Brexit was never about 'getting our sovereignty back' but we knew that didn't we. bylinetimes.com/2025/01/15/e...

We are now entering the 'we're not allowed to say Merry Christmas anymore' period as the right, no doubt aided and abetted by Bad Enoch, constantly scream about cancel culture and freedom of speech so I just thought I'd leave this here for balance. I despair.

I’m not going to leave X just yet - I hate that sense of being driven away from a place I used to love. But after one day on here, I already know how much prefer it.

So if you see this and would be kind enough to share it to let people find me, that would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Bluesky. Mainly here to follow. Don't think I'll be posting much yet as I've got quite a nice little community of online friends on Threads, but it's nice to pick up accounts I missed when I left the sewer site.
