Having a vitamin D supplement on a morning and again on an evening (instead of just one a morning) has honestly changed the game for me during darkest winter these past few weeks - while I obviously cannot say if it’s a placebo effect, I’ve felt a lot more positive and energetic since doing it

incredibly wild that we live in a country that the government gets you to upload your id in order to have a chug so as to "protect children" while simultanously shurgging as our social media overlords allow for their ai to create inappropriate images of children.
This does seem just a little bit bad! Idk the sort of thing you’d think politicians might distance themselves from or something!

I will say it feels like a bad move to have the normal series of the traitors follow the celebrity series so quickly. I feel like the Alan Carr win is still just so fresh and recent that it will take away from a new series. Just my two cents xo
