Learning to understand my own trauma has taught me that we ALL are traumatized humans. We all got PTSD forreal.

We all want to talk about organizing and mutual aid and community being the way forward but not enough are talking about our inability, as a collective, to understand, work through, and connect to our emotions. Especially our pain and trauma of living with so much stress and oppression.
