I've switched from conventional to the uniquely difficult rickshaw #deadlift, as I accomplished all my goals with conventionals over the past 18 months (PR of 410; besting all my rep-PRs from back in my "prime"). This was 325, with which I can get a dozen reps on conventionals. 😬 #collie #rudy
