#AltGov peeps: I work in a trump-heavy office, but thankfully we (mostly) leave politics at home. I, like you, come here to blow off steam but I wonder how you sit in your offices, home or otherwise, & make it through each day working for this government seeing what you do. It can't be easy.

How come those of us that aren't elected are the ones with the loudest voices? Don't we VOTE for people to speak for us? No one has made more of an impact than the 7+Million who showed up on Saturday. NO ONE.

I am moved to tears, not only because my son and his girlfriend attended the #NoKings rally in Freeport, ME today, also because of the protests happening around the WORLD: Portugal, London, Dublin, South Korea and more. I’m floored and amazed by all of it.

I've done a lot more work than the House has since July and I don't get paid close to what they do. Disgusting. No work? No pay. Period.

The republicans control congress. Democrats did not vote down anything. If the GOP wanted to fund the government, they could have changed the rules to pass a CR with a simple majority like they did 11 days ago to approve 48 trump appointees at once.

Anyone with half a brain cell knows Jimmy Kimmel was not speaking ill of Kirk. The regime just cancels those that don’t agree with them. Authoritarianism is alive in the US, folks. Our country as we know it is also canceled.
Instead of the angry finger-pointing, can we just for one day agree that it is horrible and monstrous to shoot another human? On behalf of my family, we send love to the Kirks and to all the children, parents and innocents who fall victim to senseless gun violence.
