Trapped my first cat after two weeks of early morning attempts. He turned out to be the sweetest boy once he decompressed a bit. He enjoyed his first vet visit. Next steps bathing and a neuter - don’t think he’ll enjoy that part.

Map of the Day: Denali, the highest peak North America at 20,310 feet (6,190 m). Centuries ago, the Koyukon people gave it the name which means ‘Great One.’ Popular among climbers, the mountain is within Denali National Park.

A year ago today we fostered a mama dog who had a litter of 8 pups. When the puppies were about 6 weeks old we fostered an adult border collie who’d been abandoned at a pet store. We ended up adopting one of the puppies and the adult border collie. They are best buddies now.

Our adorable foster - located in Western Washington- is ready to find her forever home.
