Y’all. Washington D.C. needs to take lessons from Chicago in terms of cleaning snow/ice from its sidewalks. Didn’t know I’d need to pack my waders—sheesh, this melt is messy AF.

Not a surprise but January was one of the coldest and snowiest Januarys in several years. Ice and snow are melting and by next week, if weather forecasts are accurate, we'll be seeing temps in the 40's. The "Chiberia Ice Age" is taking a breather in Chicago.
