Keith Baldrey on Global BC news on Friday 13 December. The grey banner gives the topic as Confidence votes. My book, Bark! The Science of Helping Your Anxious, Fearful, or Reactive Dog is on his bookshelf beside him, with it's blue cover, white text, and cute Chihuahua. Other books on his shelves include Slumach's Gold, Pedals and Perseverance, Now You Know Me, and The Heritage Detective (I believe that's volume 2). Keith Baldrey is known for supporting local writers and so these books are all by BC authors. The ticker tape along the bottom says the top story is "Avalanche risk in parts of BC South Coast rated as high". You can see the BC flag between Baldrey and the bookshelf and some lights through the window behind him in his office at the legislature.

After talking to senior BC govt. officials, I can't see legislation dealing with future of the Vancouver Parks Board introduced in the upcoming spring legislative session. Too much work still needed. Maybe the fall, more likely spring of 2026.
