Should Democrats take money from someone whose factory violated the Clean Air Act for 12 of the last 12 quarters? Should they welcome someone who operated a racist workplace? Who violated NLRB rules? Who committed securities fraud? Who lied to get a government loan? Who ripped off green subsidies?

It continues to be gross how many Democrats are forgetting the true Golden Rule: If you're about to say, "fascists have a point about this marginalized group they're scapegoating," you should shut up, punch yourself in the face and not speak again until you've watched a few Holocaust documentaries.

Exactly what I was thinking might happen. Their anti-trans animus is infecting other cases. Trump is biting off too much too fast.

My hope is that all of this factors into some of the fence-sitting justices on SCOTUS for big upcoming cases.
