The ever increasing number of streaming services I have to drop means I'll have more time for reading, and listening to books and podcasts while I crochet. I don't see this as a bad thing. Anybody need a handmade afghan?

Poor Trump, his bullying tactics did make him friends with the popular countries so now he has to join the loser clique and pretend its what he wanted all along. He's only got one friend and he is one of the biggest losers in the world from one of the least popular counties.

We should stop saying 2024 election was stolen. It only encourages the Democratic party to be stagnant and unyielding. It needs to hear progressive voices. It needs to listen to calls for change. It needs to stand up and fight. The good fight lost is inspiring. A fight unfought is cowardice.

What is far more concerning to me than the election is how many people and organizations, that I would have considered to be in opposition of the Orange One, are now just falling into line or making the best of it. Did Germans think "maybe he won't be so bad" when they all stood behind Hitler?

I don't understand. What is tRump's economy end game? How does destroying an economy benefit him? Why burn it to the ground? How does destroying the purchasing class's ability to buy things make it better for producers?

This is the lamest of lame duck administrations but typical of the democrats. They do nothing to protect us from the incoming storm. Any action, even if revoked, would make it look as if they cared about the public good but they are more concerned about failure and corporate donors than people.
