Can't believe I have to say this but don't use slurs! Why would it be acceptable at any event, let alone a faith-focused event, to use that kind of language? My youth pastor would've kicked my butt outta the youth group real quick for that kind of behavior.
GOP Rep. Nancy Mace praises Iowa ending trans civil rights, uses anti-trans slur in Clive
In Iowa, Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., praised the law removing gender identity protections from the Iowa Civil Rights Act and repeated an anti-trans slur.

The Des Moines Register has been apparently billing me twice a month for the same online subscription. FYI: if you accept a promotion they don't bump the price down to the new promotional price, they simply bill you for the existing subscription AND the promotion.

Cool article featuring myself and several of my friends! I feel very honored to be featured alongside such awesome artists.
Five trans and nonbinary Iowa musicians talk gender and artistry
Iowa’s music scene is more diverse than we often recognize. IPR’s Cece Mitchell talked with five trans and nonbinary Iowa artists about how their gender identity plays into their music.

Shout out to the Iowa state house press corps. Those folks are super knowledgeable and always give fair coverage despite being pulled in every direction at once. Not so in every state. I appreciate their commitment.

I regret to inform you that the absolute most deranged bill of the session, the chemtrails bill, has cleared the funnel. I was quite fond of all the nanotechnology in the snow, but alas, no more. Now I will be forced to use all 5 Gs in order to get my vaccine microchips working again.

We lost the vote. But we did it while setting a record for the largest protest in Iowa Capitol history. This isn't over.

Related to previous post: the State of Exception is an explicitly dictatorial theory developed by Schmitt to allow the Nazis to come to power and obliterate civil and constitutional rights.
