It’s the 1st day of school in DC. At the top of my metro station’s escalators, there are a bunch of people (teachers?) w/ signs telling me to have a good day and it’s a beautiful day to learn something, and they’re clapping & high-fiving people and frankly, I think this should happen every Monday.

Bunch of people on the yellow line just got a loud Born to Run 50th anniversary education this morning. I really thought my earbuds were paired up. Sorry about that. Still, Springsteen does make the commute better and that’s a fact.
