Was up early this morning. Was still dark with a soft, constant rain. Sat on the back deck with a cup of coffee and a cat in my lap, listening to the birds wake up as the rain stopped. Was super peaceful.

Haven't really been able to sit and watch the game, so I've been working on chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil and thyme, feta, parm, panko, olive oil, and seasonings.
Yukon garlic mash, blanched green beans pan fried in bacon fat.
