I've thourouhgly tested the #Analogue3D and while I think it's great, I guess I'm not nerdy enough to prefer it visually to my original hardware with the 30 dollar Hyperkin HDMI cable.

Anyone have any advice on rebuilding a connected home (Hue Lights, etc.) with the goal to ditch all Big 3 products, especially Amazon? I still want a voice assistant in every room, but want something privacy focussed and local.
