I am currently on my way to another hearing regarding my federal charges for protesting ICE.

When I say our leaders must be willing to put everything on the line, I mean it.

And frankly, I see it as the bare minimum in this moment.

Lots of French detective films on Disney Plus. Currently watching Le Pont du Diable set in the gorgeous Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert where I vacationed 35 yrs ago. Some familiar faces from Paris 1900.

I always turn to #Georgetteheyer when I'm low. A real pickmeup. Resting my eyes after an operation, I was delighted to find most are available in audio on youtube with some fine narrators (if you can tolerate the frequent ads.) Bath Tangle is a sad omission. A favourite.

Never forget this: The forces rigging our economy, undermining our democracy, polluting our planet, and stoking hatred are counting on you to give up. Cynicism is how they win. Stay clear-eyed and ready for the fight ahead.

Judge Diane Goodstein placed a hold on DoJ’s request to turn over SC’s voter data. Then her million dollar home burned to the ground.

Coincidence? I think not.

Authorities are investigating this incident as possible arson.

I’m old enough to remember being shouted down for even suggesting that Brexit might be connected to racism, but it was. Always. Right in its heart.

My view is that our denial of this is why it festered, and why we are where we are today.

What is the endgame in this toxic immigration debate: is it friends and neighbours thrown out of the country? | Jonthan Liew
The notion of remigration was abstract, but the right is dragging it towards respectability. If the goal is homogeneous whiteness, they should say it, says Guardian columnist Jonathan Liew

#InspectorGerri - the police team dynamics are miserabke (more like a British drama). Too many women inexplicably falliing for the inspector's charms. He's not that gorgeous.Too much troubled gazing off to the horizon and not enough action and pace, but the location is beautiful.
