I have 2 exs that have self harmed their hands whilst goin out with me.
1 punched a concrete wall due to being intoxicated & angry after our mutual friend touched my back. Broke some bones!
The other purposely cut his hand several times with a kitchen knife due to being intoxicated. Scarred for life

Tonight I had one of the most shitty anxiety episodes ever. Just awful.
Luckily the person I was with was nice but honestly it was embarrassing as fuck, I wanted to cry but never.
Some sort of growth I guess.
