Heading home from a 2week writing residency on a tiny island in the Arctic Circle in Norway. I saw the Northern Lights, which I hadn't expected. The sea was warmer than I'd hoped for. I met fab people, developed a love of saunas & wrote tons of island-related poems, hoping some will be half-decent.
