Saturday morning, an individual threw a large rock and attempted to shatter three of our front windows. The incident triggered our alarm system, and the person fled before police arrived. Security footage captured video and images of the attack. It was purposeful.

Simply using Google in non-AI mode is better than ChatGPT
AI-processing data centers require massive amounts of energy and water, and relatively low power prices, state tax incentives, and lax regulations are attracting them to the West, threatening water supplies and straining the grid.

This underrated paper not only blasts the Big Ugly Bill but calls for common sense:
"Congress should take this opportunity to avoid the imminent catastrophe they’ve created by clawing into Medicaid, and create a national single-payer, public option"

A detail that encapsulates the depraved, corrupt depths to which America has descended, from @denverpost.com story about ICE's courthouse arrests: "Three vans from the GEO Group — a private prison company in charge of the ICE facility in Aurora — were standing by."
At least eight people detained at Denver immigration court as ICE presence increases, advocates say
In Colorado, ICE officers are prohibited from making civil arrests in or around state courthouses. But it’s a different story in federal courts, where detentions have been active, local advoc…

Mark Stevens' Alison Coil books are some of my favorite mysteries, he's a fabulous Colorado author - give 'em a read! This different kind of book gets a rave review
Mark Stevens is best known for his baseball novel “The Fireballer,” but he honed his thriller creds with his Alison Coil mystery series. In “No Lie Lasts Forever,” his look into the mind of a serial killer is chilling. https://trib.al/KvMlApj

Gov Polis just vetoed a bill that would've helped consumers by banning surprise bills from ambulances. His lame justification was easily disproven:
As we communicated with Polis, there is no data to substantiate this claim based on other states that have taken similar approaches. Impact to premiums negligible or nonexistent. Poor excuse for letting consumers continue to get hit by surprise bills that insurance should cover
