Children are emotionally draining, as much as they are emotionally enriching. However using logic and patience in moments of stress is necessary when dealing with children. Especially when children are overwhelmed with emotions.

As a proud Trek fan, Vulcan logic and the constant focus towards emotional control is something I look up to. I'm highly emotional, my emotions constantly effects me. Vulcans also have higher emotions then humans and is why they control them. My emotions have only gotten me into trouble.

I haven't been taking my own advice much of late and it's been effecting my relationship. Patience is my weakness, I haven't been trying as hard to fix that. I have let my emotions of what has been going on politically to effect my emotions and that has to stop. Logic needs to be my guide.
