I am uneasy about Trump now plans to #stockpile rare-earth minerals using a $10 billion loan from the US Export-Import Bank. Not enough, the huge budget deficit he's running, now he adds these costs. Stinks of his bankrupting his casinos. @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social @schumer.senate.gov

Epstein, ICE, no health care policy, Venezuela... It's a lot. But if that senile old man can keep track of it all we can, too. Some corrupt rich men will have to face the music, Ice will lose its funding, Repubs will have to fund subsidies, and Venezuela may bring them all down. Let's hope.

We will get through this. Everyday people took the videos. As Jacob Frey is saying, we have to meet this hatre bullying in a peaceful (but determined ) way. It was peaceful protest that carried the day in the early 60s.

I am dismayed at how many millions of people, many of them with jobs, still need help to afford food. The minimum wage is too low. CEOs and other big wigs are sucking out all the profits and paying low level workers such low wages they can't afford to live. This is all wrong. #Raiseminimumwage

I've been locked out of Facebook. It simply won't load. I've been posting complaints about the big beautiful bill. Nothing nasty, just economic analysis of its impact--the deficit, rural hospitals, etc. Oh well. Kind of creepy, though.
