There are probably a lot of waste that is unnecessary in the healthcare system that would not take away from overall care and quality if it was eliminated. I am sure that is true in many areas but I have personal knowledge in this realm. Gather the people who do the work and seek beneficial change.
One way to reduce drug spend is to have the FDA do an analysis of how long medicine retains it's potency. It can do it one drug at a time.
No one should throw away medicine they shouldn't have to. Whether pharmacy or patient.

Yesterday, ICE raided a business in New Jersey and detained both citizens and non-citizens — without a warrant. They even detained a U.S. military veteran.
