I was totally disengaged from social media and news all day, and my stress level plummeted. Took my daughter wedding dress shopping. She said “yes” to the dress! 👰🏼

In 2001, terrorists tried to destroy the White House with a hijacked plane. 24 years later, the president of the United States accepted a plane from people funding terrorists and destroyed the White House himself.🔄

Pure evil.
I’ve never seen an American elected official fight so hard to starve people.

I’m so damn sick of not only the corruption, but the media’s failure to report it to the public.

It didn’t have to be this way. It’s depressing to think of what might have been.

As a logophile, I love ‘word of the day’ definitions. Sometimes they’re merely educational, and sometimes they provide a much needed laugh. 😂
Word of the Day is ‘catchfart’ (17th century): an obsequious individual who sucks up to the boss and always follows the political wind.

In Trump's first term, he was directly responsible for 25% OF ALL US DEBT acquired – going back to the beginning of the country. In the last 9.5 months, he's added another $4 Trillion to the national debt.
Scream this at every Republican who claims they're the party of fiscal responsibility.

No it’s important to listen to this. Because then you understand that many of them will do ANYTHING to keep power. Remember Musk got involved in the 2024 election after saying to Tucker “if she wins” I am definitely going to prison.
So we need to move knowing that nothing is off the table for them.

Steve Bannon: If we lose the midterms and we lose 2028, some in this room are going to prison, myself included.

Corporations have been using chicanery for decades. They maintain (or barely raise) prices by shrinking the size of their products, using lower quality ingredients, or finding cheaper foreign labor. And politicians from both sides let them get away with it. Trump takes credit because he’s an idiot.
The corporate propaganda machine colluding with the Trump propaganda machine to lie to the American people about Thanksgiving.

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 94th day out of the last 106.
12 days of work in 106 days.
With full pay and benefits.
The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.
It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.

Are we great yet?
CNN: "A brand new report is out showing layoff announcements hit their highest level for October in over 20 years. It's painting a picture of a job market that is really hurting. US-based employers announced 150,074 job cuts in October, more than any October since 2003."

The majority of Americans are good. We have heart. We have compassion. When we see others struggle, we want to lend a hand.
For too long, we’ve been divided and pitted against each other by those who crave obscene wealth and power.
Let’s change that. One election at a time.
