A big salady pitta today , as I’m trying to rise dough on the coldest day of the year in a 200 year old house with 10ft thick walls 🥶… silly idea when the butter on the side is harder than Geoff Capes, therefore the heater in the kitchen is on full.

Last nights leftover chickpea curry in a wholemeal pitta for lunch.
Smoosh of mango chutney & yoghurt & a few sad salad leaves & all the coriander stalks chopped.
Had plum tomatoes on toast for breakfast … I’m eating like I’m just about to hibernate at the moment …wishful thinking I guess 😁

18 years with the same company this month.
Many roles but now in the one that I’ve built to suit me best.
At 20 years I get 20 extra days holiday to use , so that’ll be 51 plus bank holidays to use in 2028.
This book has made me want to take a whole Summer off & drive around wine country x
