Noord-Holland handhaaft dwangsommen van 27 miljoen euro voor Tata Steel
De provincie Noord-Holland handhaaft het besluit om Tata Steel twee dwangsommen van in totaal bijna 27 miljoen euro op te leggen. Het staalbedrijf had bezwaar gemaakt tegen de dwangsommen die de Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied (OD NZKG) eind vorig jaar oplegde, omdat de kooksgasfabrieken 1 en 2 veel te veel schadelijke stoffen zouden hebben uitgestoten.
