I'm thinking of switching over to a donation based income stream than a commission one. Life got in the way, and my consistency on art deliveries have reduced over the years. And tbh, not everyone has good ideas on what to comm so this is the next best thing for me.

chat I am so happy to inform you all that the game I worked on got an extremely angry “visual novels aren’t real games and renpy is a scourge on steam” review recently, which I think is an achievement that every visual novel should achieve at least once

Technically I am an artist. Id as one because no else wants to draw the art I what to see, so I took it upon myself to get better at art and it's clears some aspects really vibe with me. However, I can't comprehend artist who take months to finish a piece of such quality that I feel like a fake.
I need folks to understand something:
Wanting to do anything creative isn't enough. If you don't enjoy the learning, the process, and the time spent, that means it's just not for you.
And that really is okay. Not everything will be a fit for you.
