I love everything in the Sakurasou series regardless of its imperfections. I may make fun of the art in the manga or the entirety of the visual novel or criticize the decisions made in the light novels but I do it all out of love for the series.

I know it's been less than a month since the last volume was released in English but there has not been any official mention of an official translation for Beach Queen+ yet as far as I'm aware and that scares me...
Hopefully Rascal Does Not Dream of a Beach Queen+ (aka the bonus short story novel akin to Sakurasou's 5.5, 7.5, and 10.5) gets an official English release afterwards, though I don't see why it wouldn't. It would be nice to own that as well.

One of the coolest things you can get as a Danganronpa fan is the Danganronpa 1-2 Reload artbook. It's not too expensive if you know where to look and it's basically the DR1 and DR2 artbooks merged into one giant 500 page artbook. I love this thing so much.

Perhaps I'll just buy some artbooks instead, I do like myself a good artbook. I wish there was a Sakurasou one, but again the universe hates me.

Yap sesh but I still completely disagree. The motives in the series have always been there to take advantage of people's feelings to manipulate or even force them to do things they otherwise wouldn't do. They're no different from the monitors in DR3. (1/5)

I just disagree. DR3's cast, outside of a few, have their own arcs and struggles and give you plenty reason to care. There's narrative or thematic reasons for their deaths, like Ruruka dying alone after pushing everyone away or Koichi keeping his promise. (1/2)

I think DR1 is good but it's probably the entry I'm the least passionate about tbh. I just prefer almost everything in DR2, imo it has better cases, characters, writing, and I even like the setting/atmosphere and story more. Even DR3 has way more stuff I like.
