Twelve Federal Aviation Administration facilities saw staffing shortages Monday night.

Burbank, Phoenix and Denver had the worst staffing problems.

Newark, Jacksonville, Chicago, DC, and Indianapolis and other locations were also short staffed due to the government shutdown.
