My MAGA relatives truly believe that the protesters are paid activists, even though I tell them I have never needed to be paid to protest wrongdoing. I wish protesters would put their faces on a post with a sign that says "Not Paid" to do this

It's funny, Republicans try to insult Democrats by saying Dems are supposed to be the party of love and empathy. That means they know they are the party of hatred, cruelty, and destruction.

Musk's vision is to launch his starship into space, then launch a few others to bring methane and liquid oxygen to refill the tanks. If the transfer of these gases fails, he will try again. How much pollution can we do and still survive? That will be Musk's mission to experiment and find out.

I figure national park closures would eventually result in Trump using those areas for whatever mining could be done. Now I get that if he imposes tariffs on wood from Canada, he will allow cutting of trees from national parks to sustain the wood industry.

Musk is getting ready to access our social security information and payments. The justice system seems to be the way Dems are fighting against him. The Justice system is the slowest and most inefficient branch of government. Trump is well aware of this and has always used it to his advantage.

Why aren't major newspapers talking about the Trump/Musk coup? Dems are locked out of Federal Buildings and seem to be locked out of almost everything. A few good judges seem to be trying to resist.

It seems distant generations spend little time talking to each other. Do young adults spend much time with the grandparents or great-grandparents? Do young adult lesbians chat with older lesbians of 60 or 70 years of age?

The US runs on consumerism. The greatest way to protest when the new administration takes over is to stop buying anything but essentials. That will affect Wall Street and the administration. Don't just wait a week or a month to buy all the toys you want, just stop buying.
