Lunar 2-in-1 keyboard miniPC just arrived: built-in battery, Ryzen 8840U APU, 32GB, 1TB. A strong contender to my GPD Pocket 3 16/2 and GPD Mini 64/2 for everyday roductivity and pocket performance, though the GPD ones still have the edgenfor being usable in more situations.
So sad to see that guix-emacs is now unmaintained @babariviere. Sorry to ping you here, but there is no way to post on the repo now. I know the channel is supposed to keep working all by itself, but unfortunately I now see hashes that don't match. Before I fork, any ideas?

A convicted dog rapist and torturer who left footage of his acts was arrested in 2023 but released for unknown reasons. He succeeded avoiding trial and sentence in his country, and the prosecution expires on 2023-09-21. Please help gathering information, or just sharing the word, to help stop him.

New toys, @softwincn's GPD Win 4, and @Nreal Air glasses. Perfect combo for flight sims while on the move. It won't replace a HOTAS, but the whole setup, including cases, is smaller that my throttle alone. And the screen is way better than my desk ones.

GPD Win 4 + Nreal Air, the perfect travel setup to chill in MSFS 2020 with a huge screen feeling
The projector screen seen in the video is 240 cm in width and is very close to the perceived screen size in the glasses, where the image actually feels a little bit bigger. except colors are brighter and more vivid inside the glasses.
The game runs in High/Ultra (mostly Ultra options). for about 18-24 FPS out of towns; High settings would allow better stabilizing that.
The GPD Win 4 is a perfect companion for the Nreal Air glasses because it has two USB-C ports, and therefore needs no extra adapter for charging while using the glasses.

Some progress with #GNU #GUIX on @softwincn GPD Pocket 3. Slowly getting used to the keyboard (not to the non-standard layout yet though)

Waydroid (somewhat) working on @adampigg's port of @JollaHQ SailfishOS on @thefxtec Pro1x. And the @Shadow_France app works in Waydroid! Together with LXC, that makes 3 OSes on the phone (2 local ones).

Updating Pro1x SFOS config (with version --dup) and kernel (with fastboot) worked with no issue @adampigg, although the keymap issues of kernel ≥ 1.7.1 persist, so I'll have to downgrade to 1.6.1.

Thanks to Elros34's qxcompositor, we now have dynamic orientation for @r3vnn's LXC containers on @JollaHQ SailfishOS. Even with tiling WMs! Works great on @thefxtec Pro1x (video), but very useful too on devices that have no hardware keyboard.

I have been using @thefxtec Pro1 since late 2019 and soon was happy with my typing speed, but it still keeps getting better two years later. I was at ~55 wpm in summer 2020, then 60 wpm & 252 cpm in December, and now 66 wpm & 280 cpm (more than 10% improvement) on my first try.

Some say there is no point in having full-fledged #MobileLinux distributions on phones because of their small screen. How about HDMI-out with @droidianlinux on @thefxtec Pro1? The Pro1 is the tiny blue light source at the bottom right.
