We can talk all we want, Terry is not firing McDermott and he certainly isn’t firing Beane (who is the bigger issue). That radio call should have been the end of it for Beane in a lot of people’s eyes.

Almost guaranteed the last home game at the Ralph is week 18
It just feels that the season will end first week of playoffs and we will get McDermott saying for the 10th time he cut his teeth with andy Reid and loves to pass the ball and then Beane will do his best Oscar award winning “I’m super hurt and i can’t sleep” speech

Nothing will change unless Josh uncharacteristically starts making demands and I think he’s more likely to Andrew Luck on us than do that. This is one of the worst rosters in the nfl, no one has worse pass catchers, couple that with Joe Brady 🤮
