When he showed up to an immigration meeting in Memphis, Kasper Eriksen thought he was on the verge of becoming a citizen.

Then ICE arrested the Mississippi father of four, not even giving him a chance to say goodbye to his wife, whisking him away to a prison.

Utah banned fluoridated water:
water with 0.7 grams of fluoride for every 1,000,000 grams of water.

The claim? It’s harmful.
The reality? It isn’t ⬇️

An adult would need to consume 357 LITERS of that water A DAY to have a possible risk of adverse effects from fluoride.

A two-month-old has died from whooping cough in Queensland amid the state's worst epidemic in years. Vaccination rates have dipped since 2020 across Australia.

My heart goes out to the parents and family. How tragic.

Vaccines save lives.

A good, short article about the history of fluoride in America - and the constant tension between public goods and private rights:

The fluoride fights are a decades-old cultural war America can’t quit
The fluoride wars go back to the 1940s, when opponents called it a conflict over civil rights, not public health.
