As part of NASA’s National Balloon Program, we're deploying high-altitude balloons to measure the Forbush decrease expected during this year's solar maximum. Here are some plots as we seek to establish a baseline. Daniel Voloshin and the team performed data analysis.

It’s heartbreaking and pathetic to see the fear of DEI result in the destruction of efforts that simply seek to love our neighbors. We did similar eclipse related activities and it was amazing to see the wonder and inspiration as students participated in science and wonder.

My new favorite book. Familiar yet strange. Mystical yet common. Near and far. I can’t wait to read again. Thanks for the recommendation!

9 years ago, NASA_LSP launched the GRIFEX mission, a collaboration with NASA JPL to test new imaging systems. GRIFEX is going strong but will deorbit soon. Congrats to the team, led by Tyler Rose, So-Hee Kang, and Charles Lacy, for their incredible job. Impressive student impact!
