the people above me vacuum 4 times per day. im torn between suffering by leaving them alone cuz its their home, or going up +asking what theyre doing that they need to vacuum 4x a day.

all i wanted was to have antenna tv so i dont have to pay for hulu live tv or cable just to get the basic network channels. but my apartment barely even gets cell service, so its not surprising that there's no antenna service. there was when i was across the hall! *sigh*
