Obviously the right decision to go for Washington. Kicking a PAT with under 3 in OT leaves them likely settling for a tie at best. Though I'm sure logic will escape Washington sports talk radio as it does Philly sports talk radio.

Save for a date with the Shedeur Sanders Browns the Bears schedule is absolutely brutal through the end of the season. They're probably not ending the season as the 1-seed in the NFC.

I turned into Rams-Panthers to hate watch the Eagles' chance of a 1-seed vanish for good this season but regardless of final outcome this has turned into a real fun football game on a day lacking otherwise exciting match-ups.

Good for Bryce Young. I was a Bryce Young skeptic especially during and after his rookie season where he was borderline unplayable but he has really grown to become a worthwhile starting QB in the NFL.

I do think there is a reasonable chance there is a difference between things Nick Sirianni says tonight and things Howie Roseman and Jeffrey Lurie decide this weekend.

FYI/FAQ - if the Eagles fire Patullo during the mini-bye they have at least two guys who called plays before - Scot Loeffler and Parks Frazier. Loeffler is an older guy but only called plays in college. Frazier is in his 30s but called plays for the Jeff Saturday Colts in 2022.
