If you could believe I have more things to say about this because compared to Buck’s advice (which is “go be his dad”) Ramon essentially is saying “he’s your son so he’ll forgive you regardless because that’s what sons do” and the emphasis there is FASCINATING and INFURIATING.
Ramon’s line “don’t worry son, he’ll come around. you did” absolutely makes me feel CRAZY and angry in ways I cannot explain.
