order being cancelled because they still havent found a delivery driver which i think means there just arent enough people working tonight but since the restaurant started making my food already i am going to be charged for a meal i did not get to eat. my housemate is going to pick up different food
i was about to say "shouldnt they have a system in place to prevent this and just find another driver if one is taking way too long" and then i look and the driver had finally left the first stop, and THEN uber eats says its going to find another driver. COULD YOU NOT HAVE DONE THAT HALF AN HOUR AGO

i ordered food on uber eats and the app's estimated time of delivery went up by nearly a half hour because the driver had to make another stop, and now it is almost the estimated time with half hour added and the driver is still at the first stop. im gonna lose my mind
