You can’t compare Waymo to average drivers. A fair comparison would be Waymo to a professional taxi driver.

It’s not a great deal if you don’t need it. And especially this year, others really need support. So for all of us who have enough, let’s refuse to get sucked into the holiday shopping frenzy and share instead of shop. We don’t need more stuff, we need communities where all our neighbors are safe.

Have you ever seen a bike lane sweeper - pulled behind a bike?

Volunteers in Kirkland have a new tool that attaches to the back of an e-bike. It's good for protected bike lanes, sidewalks, and narrow trails.

It took me several days to beat the final boss. My best advice is to take breaks every 3-5 attempts. Good luck! The game is so hard but worth it.

The average US taxpayer spends $36 a year on SNAP

You know what they spend on corporate subsidies? $670

Poor and disabled people who need food are not the problem

If you’re angry about “your money” feeding people but not angry it’s giving tax cuts to the wealthy?

You’re doing their dirty work.

We’re all temporarily abled. Illness, aging, or injury comes for us all. That’s why care must be universal.

Accessibility isn’t a luxury. It’s what makes freedom possible.

Shout out to everyone doing it tired.

"It" here also includes resting, taking care of yourself, and having a little treat.

I’ve used both, WSL tends to be faster and works pretty well with VS Code. For managing Node versions I recommend nvm, there’s a native Windows version.

This is the standard for nice apartments/condos in Colombia, where I grew up. Not sure why it’s taken the US so long to catch up!

That’s a fascinating idea. I assume not since the device and screen dimensions are slightly different. But would love to see someone try.

If you’re trying to buy a discontinued set, buy it on Bricklink instead! Way more reputable sellers there and great customer service from them, with very reasonable shipping costs.
