I want to recommend this beautiful written novel "What We Tried to Bury Grows Here" by @julianzabalbeascoa.bsky.social Set during the Civil War, mainly in the Basque Country, intrically woven tragic stories, the history without impeding the narrative, intimate details making all so believable
