I had a great time working with Greg Worsnop again, creating a series of posters that will benefit the Friends of Algonquin Park (FOAP), a non-profit charity that dedicates their resources to develop current and future stewards of Algonquin Park.
I created this poster for Kalendar, a restaurant on College street in Toronto in 2001 (?) and it gives still me a thrill when I see or hear that it continues to be loved and appreciated 💚 Thanks @jennyleeshee.bsky.social That was a good gig to get in my early days as an illustrator.
I’ve had this print by Toronto artist @juliabreckenreid.bsky.social for approximately one million years and I still love it so much. I just moved it from my front entrance to my kitchen and it’s such a lovely pop of colour on my white walls.

When a man hijacked a bus in Hamilton, Ontario, on Tuesday, the potentially catastrophic scenario ended happily. It turns out he was a pretty decent bus driver. He made regular stops to pick up passengers, the police reported. At one point someone tried to board with an expired bus pass. No dice.

The incident in Hamilton, Ontario, ended safely with an arrest and no injuries (and all fares paid).

Weeks ago, South Korea mocked Trump with a replica of the golden Cheonmachong crown, claiming it symbolized “peace.” In reality, the crown came from the Silla Kingdom, whose king was assassinated after a civil war and kingdom destroyed by corruption & rule for the wealthy.

So while I still wish this case would’ve gone to trial, and believe the amount given per work should have been EVEN higher, $1.5 billion in settlement AND the destruction of infringing datasets is still a fantastic start! Congratulations to all those involved as these things are not easy!
