Overall, this review highlights the limited evidence supporting the use of anti-Xa monitoring for dose adjustments in the therapeutic use of low-molecular-weight heparins. Therefore, we conclude that measuring anti-Xa levels is currently not justified. @jthjournal.bsky.social
