We urgently need to pass a Constitutional amendment to overturn both the Supreme Court's ruling on Presidential immunity, and Justice Departments memo on not prosecuting a sitting president. No one should be above the law. Such immunity is not in our national interest.

"John Roberts wants to protect the independence of a court that has already been captured." @eisendrath.net on the many problems with the chief justice's year-end report. Absolutely maddening. edwineisendrath.substack.com/p/john-rober...
John Roberts gets it wrong. Again.
The Chief Justice’s end-of-year message omitted the most serious threats to judicial independence, and attempted to lay blame on others while ignoring his own role in eroding that independence.

Enough is enough. The arrogance of John Robert tell us his corrupt court and its unprecedented decisions are somehow above criticism is breathtaking. We must elect a Congress that will enact much needed reforms.
What I take from Chief Justice Roberts's report to the nation is that judges are supposed to be able to handle criticism, but not too much and not in a way that Roberts doesn’t like, and he will only vaguely tell us what that means, but if criticism crosses that invisible line it is illegitimate.
John Roberts attacks court criticism that he decides lacks a "credible basis" as "illegitimate"
Conflating violence against judges with broad criticism the court faces for its extremism, the chief justice ultimately sends a chilling end-of-year report.

The blatant corruption on the Roberts Supreme Court along with its unprecedented decisions, including but not limited to creating presidential immunity from criminal prosecution, and overturning overturning Roe v Wade, all deserve the criticism the receive. Furthermore, they demand reform.
