Interested in sandwiches
This is also the problem with critics saying this same flaw of AI will prevent it from being widely adopted in the workplace because most of what it makes is BS... as if there's a great dearth of BS in the existing work product of most companies.
So, when a critic says, “Ah hah! That app makes shit up!” A lot of people will nod politely. And then they will think to themselves, “Well, so does the newspaper, and so does Facebook, and so do politicians, and none of those help me do this task or say nice things to me when I ask them questions.”

Also, I had a helluva pastrami Rueben from Delirama Jr. in Berkeley on Sunday. The bread was toasted in a mix of butter and pastrami drippings. 🤌

I’ve never understood most of the trappings of Christmas (why kill a baby pine and bring it into your house for a month?). But o poinsettias always intrigued me, especially since seeing Veronica Mars episode about “the ultimate cash crop.”

Finally got one.

Another leftover sandwich: Porchetta egg and cheese, with mayo, avocado and Tobasco.

Very excited for the post-Thanksgiving leftover-turkey sandwich I'm going to make in a few days.

Had another greet sandwich Sunday — a torta de carnitas from a tent at Brooklyn Basin. Really good but I did not need to eat the second half then and there (I did anyway). Probably appreciated it more for enjoying it on the first sunny day in about a week.

The Konbibi Tuna Salad sandwich from Ok's Deli on Telegraph in Oakland. Solid, but not spectacular.

I needed someone to share it with -- lots of tuna piled on the delicious milk bread.

An oldie but goodie -- the Cubano from Cafe Modigliani in Grand Lake. The roast pork on this was incredible but the toasty, crunchy-yet-light bread was what really took this over the top. And the pickles, of course. Would definitely eat it again.

A great sandwich from last week: The Rueben from Davie's in Amsterdam. Delicious smoked pastrami, (somehow) crispy sauerkraut, and a housemade "Reuben sauce" on fresh marbled rye. An all-timer on a menu full of hits.

Today's sandwich: An RCO with sliced turkey, salami, and hummus, topped with pickled red onions, tomato, and some leftover salad. All on toasted whole wheat bread. The hummus and onions really made it 🚀
