A really excellent, detailed review, that's more explicit about just how much stuff *hasn't* made it into this remake - including the Murder at Cafe Alps sidestory, as well as the sidestory where Kiryu emphasises with a transwoman's struggles

I think lowkey the worst thing to happen to Yakuza 3
Was being put at the doorstep of two unneeded remakes so that by comparison it seemed a “worse” game to hop down to after Kiwami 2
I believe it is wholly this reason the Narrative that 3 is a bad game and needs a remake started.
