The funniest thing about bluesky having the "detach quote" button is that blocks are public. Bluesky, as a platform, provides the ability to have a public-facing Getting Blocked High Score List, but also you have a "remove context" button on someone else's post.

Sad to see big outlets like Eurogamer and GameSpot still stuck in the social media trap of framing everything in ways that'll anger the maximum number of people. Scrolling Facebook is just an endless series of hastily made images that all pretty much say "YOU CAN'T PAUSE IN CALL OF DUTY."

I hate how much hypocrisy bothers me. Someone moderately popular on here was like "lying about minorities is a death threat" on a different site just months after lying about my friend who is a minority. They still keep up this hypocrisy! And people still follow them despite it all!

The uptick in genAI in YouTube ads is getting soooo annoying. There are these specific betting ones that are just awkward and awful and it makes me not want to watch YouTube anymore if I'm being quite honest lol
